JOB DESCRIPTION, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyzing the requirements collected from the stakeholders
  • Helping business with shaping of their demand with IT language
  • Dividing the business requirements between support and development types with consequent solving of support tickets
  • Troubleshooting technical issues, issue tickets, assign priority, and escalate problems when necessary
  • Process and technical improvements
  • Participation on projects, development lifecycle
  • User trainings

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min 2 years’ experience in Application support or Service desk
  • Understanding of IT development lifecycle and Scrum methodology
  • Knowledge of SQL is highly appreciated, knowledge of JIRA is welcomed
  • Experience with programming\development is welcomed
  • English language is a must
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle and prioritize parallel tasks and respond to ad hoc requirements
