CRM Application Specialist

As a CRM Application Specialist, you will play a vital role within CRM Team in the ICT Department “Business Applications”. Your primary focus will be supporting and maintaining the CRM solution SAP Sales and Service Cloud (C4C), ensuring smooth integration with backend systems via SAP BTP, and handling important business objects like Business Partner and Quotes in the ERP system S/4HANA. This global role supports Sales, Service and Marketing Business Units. You’ll ensure a stable and reliable operation mode and deliver high-quality service that our team and business colleagues rely on.

• Ensure seamless operations of SAP C4C with connected systems
• Handle service requests, resolve incidents, and implement change requests using the Jira Ticketing system
• Manage and coordinate interactions with internal and external partners
• Provide 2nd Level support to key users and business stakeholders
• Take care of the CRM user administration
• Monitor system activities, interfaces and data quality, while initiating improvements 
• Support business data analysis and develop reports
• Conduct end-to-end testing of new implementations 
• Keep documentation up-to-date and assist in user training
• Support colleagues in Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation tasks
