Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES Resolve and report on customer/vendor queries and problems of medium to large complexity Troubleshoot and quickly diagnose less complex problems in accordance with the Service Level Agreement(SLA)/key performance indicators (KPI) and propose measures to prevent recurrence Provide support on all technical problems within own area of expertise, through the provision of telephone, on-line or on- site support Work with the customer/vendor/partners to establish the root cause of problems and provide end-to-end service support, retaining ownership of a case, by resolving it individually or escalating it - in accordance with the SLA Design staff training packages, update knowledge management databases and document problem management procedures for both existing and new products/services Participate in service improvement projects within own area by executing parts of projects Participate in product specification reviews, perform acceptance testing to ensure supportability, usability and delivery without undetected bugs

Other Skills

A Master or Bachelor degree in IT/Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent Have experience in mentioned domains, however we are open to cooperation with people that are quick-learners Have experience in System Admin/Customer Service position and interest to learn and gain knowledge in SWIFT platform SWIFT software suite (CSP, SIP, Alliance Access (IPLA, MQHA, DB Recovery), SWIFTNet Link, Alliance Gateway, Alliance Web Platform, HSM (PKI management), MT/MX message flow, Connector for T2S, Connector for T2, ESMIG, FINPlus, RMA, KYC-SA, O2M) RADIUS, LDAP integration with applications Windows (Server 2016-2019), Rhel administration MQ series and/or IBM WebSphere Familiarity with ITIL Microsoft Hyper-V Virtualization platform Swift - Advanced UNIX/Linux - Advanced Windows server administration - Advanced English - Advanced (C1) Slovak - Advanced (C1) PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS Excellent analytical skills Experience in a technical customer support environment Experience in Financial Services, Banking or similar is a plus Fluent oral and written skills in one or more languages other than English is an advantage Team player, goal and detail-oriented personality Flexibility and excellent time management
