Job Description

Regular IT Operational tasks Regular, systematic audits of all systems Can be part of certain phases of lager projects within his/her competencies Coordination of his/her act ivies with sites/Bus/Divisions and Group IT pole team Follows and evolves Group IT pole guidelines for operations on systems Reporting of activities in written form (operations activities journal - daily) Manages his/her part of projects in which he/she participates Insures the proper coordination on large/complex tasks between all Provides planning and reporting on his/her activities Responsible for definition and regular follow-up of operations on IT systems such as: System center configuration manager, package management, patching management Windows servers and services: Deployment services, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS Virtualization platforms (VMWARE, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure) Monitoring systems Supports and evolves reporting tools on Global IT infrastructure Communication and coordination of inter-site activities within the range of his/her activities Application of SLA where defined – With limited autonomy with respect to Matrix of SO/SE/SA 2 /
