Job Description
Responsibilities: -designing, developing and implementing SW using state-of-the-art technology, especially in the banking sector for international customers -implementing new features and maintaining existing solutions -updating knowledge about new, up-to-date versions of development tools -analyzing requirements, defining design and implementing the required solution -creating estimations based on the requirements -communicating with the sales department, in order to prepare offers for customers -leading, couching and mentoring small team/division of developers during project realization -participating in the division resource planning and development -communication with customers
Other Skills
-University education (Master's degree) -English language on advanced level -German language is an advantage -Minimum of 5 years of experience -Fluent in Java SE, Java EE and other core JAVA technologies -Fluent in DB design and integration, JPA, SQL Soft skills: -Team oriented -Self-governing -Responsible -Initiative -Team lead skills
