As a CRM Application Specialist, you will play a vital role within CRM Team in the ICT Department “Business Applications”. Your primary focus will be supporting and maintaining the CRM solution SAP Sales and Service Cloud (C4C), ensuring smooth integration with backend systems via SAP BTP, and handling important business objects like Business Partner and Quotes in the ERP system S/4HANA. This global role supports Sales, Service and Marketing Business Units. You’ll ensure a stable and reliable operation mode and deliver high-quality service that our team and business colleagues rely on.
